On this page the horizontal menu above has been modified to work on touch-screen tablets, as well as mouse-based computers. The vertical menu on the left has not been corrected.
On a standard computer, click on a drop-down or fly-right menu item above, and nothing happens. But on a tablet, tapping on such an item exposes its submenu.
Now try the same thing on the vertical menu on the left. On a standard computer, hovering exposes a submenu, while clicking on a fly-right item jumps to my home page. But on a tablet with no hover, tapping on a fly-right simultaneously exposes the submenu and jumps to the home page before you can tap on a submenu item.
